Description

Gentle Yoga for Arthritis shows how to integrate yoga into an exercise routine to promote joint health. Because yoga is low-impact and easily modified to one's own needs and abilities, readers can safely and effectively reap the benefits of exercise by building joint strength and improving muscle health. It is never too late to start preventing and treating arthritis with this series of stretching and strengthening exercises. This book also provides an overview of the disease as well as other lifestyle tips to improve overall health and daily functioning.
