Author Biography

Rachel Ama is a dancing, cooking, powerhouse of vegan inspiration. Her food is hearty and delicious and full of the flavours of her Caribbean and African roots. A self-confessed KFC addict as a teenager, she decided to go vegan six years ago and hasn't looked back. Her fans (she has over half a million subscribers to her YouTube channel, and more than 225k followers on Instagram), love her flavour-packed food, but also her realness, her sense of fun, and her passion for showing people that vegan food doesn't have to mean you compromise on taste or texture. A new Mum, Rachel has spent the last year in North London, with her son, writing her most accessible and delicious book yet: One Pot, Three Ways
