Author Biography

JESSICA ROWE is an accomplished journalist, television host, podcaster and three-time bestselling author. She encourages embracing life's imperfections via the Crap Housewife movement which unites and celebrates other mothers who, like Jess, sometimes feel like they are not the perfect mother, wife or cook. Jess has been a long time, passionate advocate for mental health awareness and discussion, and is an ambassador for Beyond Blue. In 2015 Jess became a Member of the Order of Australia for her mental health advocacy and contribution to Australian media.
