Author Biography

Anne Heigham has a Masters in Ayurveda and is a qualified Kundalini and Children's Yoga teacher. She is one of the few advanced Amnanda and Moksha practitioners in the UK (specialist Ayurvedic therapies). For the past 11 years she has been treating clients and teaching yoga, during which time she also ran a hotel where she offered specialist Ayurveda retreats. She is married and has two children and her recipes have been developed with the whole family in mind.
