In our newest series, following the success and joy behind our Lil' Libros title, Singing - Cantando de Colores, it was a natural instinct to celebrate all the different ways we see and grasp love. Amor de colores will introduce your little ones to all the colourful ways we see love around us. This book will explore the colors through the theme of 'love,' perfect timing for Valentine's Day, and demonstrate how colours easily associate with things we love. Parents will adore this heartwarming read due to its ode to the beloved nursery rhyme, but also in how it will teach children some of many emblems of love according to the colours of the rainbow.

Melanie Romero is a trilingual writer based in Orange County with overseas connections in Mexico City, Paris, and London. It was during childhood weekend trips to the OC Market Place to Randy's $1-a-book stall that she discovered a passion for reading and, eventually, writing. She graduated from the University of Southern California with two bachelor's degrees in Creative Writing and Cinema and Media Studies and a master's degree in Literary Editing and Publishing. Today, she serves as the Assistant Editor at Lil' Libros. In her free time, she can be found indulging in challah and kanelbullar or getting lost among the shelves of independent bookstores. Citlali Reyes, born and raised in Mexico, loved to doodle as a child. It was after studying architecture that she was drawn toward the enchanting world of illustration and chose to become an illustrator full-time. Citlali enjoys telling stories through pictures, and her work is strongly influenced by the culture and vibrant colors of her country. She has partnered with Lil' Libros to illustrate more than 15 popular bilingual picture books for children in their board book collection.
