Author Biography
Award-winning author Katie Dale loves nothing more than creating characters - both on page and on-stage! After gaining an English Literature degree she followed her dream of going to drama school, (followed by range of acting jobs including playing Juliet in a national Shakespeare tour and a small role in CAPTAIN AMERICA) then when she was back-packing through South-East Asia she was chosen as a winner of the SCBWI Undiscovered Voices competition which launched her writing career. She loves writing for toddlers up to teens - whilst playing the odd princess/assassin/zombie in-between!
