Author Biography
Caz Hildebrand (Author) Caz Hildebrand is a founder and Creative Partner at Here Design. She is the award-winning designer of numerous bestselling cookbooks including those by Nigella Lawson, Yotam Ottolenghi and Sam and Sam Clark of Moro. In 2010 Caz created The Geometry of Pasta (Boxtree) with Bocca di Lupo chef, Jacob Kenedy, and more recently Herbarium, a modern-day herbal, and its companion volume, The Grammar of Spice, published by Thames & Hudson. Philip Cowell (Author) Philip Cowell is the author of Keeping A Journal and Stress (Sheldon Press). His writing has appeared in Poetry Review, The Philosophy Shop and BBC Culture. He has run workshops at the Southbank Centre, Wilderness, and Normal? Festival of the Brain, and is an associate of the literature and dementia charity, Living Words.
