Annika Rose is a wellbeing scientist and mindfulness teacher with two degrees in psychology. As founder of The Wellbeing Collective, she brings the science of thriving to life in smart and simple ways as a speaker, teacher and writer. Since publishing her world-first mindfulness research, Annika has presented her work at international conferences in the USA, Europe and Australia. Annika enjoys pioneering new pathways to wellbeing and mindful living in the modern world, empowering people to create more calm and joy, and to thrive in life and work. Barry Boyce is founding editor of Mindful, a print and digital magazine focused on applying mindfulness to everyday life. He has been a mindfulness practitioner and teacher for more than 40 years. He is also editor of The Mindfulness Revolution; coauthor of The Rules of Victory, a commentary on Sun Tzu's Art of War from a contemplative perspective; and developmental editor for U.S. Congressman Tim Ryan's books A Mindful Nation and The Real Food Revolution.
