Reviews

"A simple, striking new board book that we predict will be in every ECE in the country soon - it ties into certain curriculum strands beautifully, but more than that: it's a book that builds kids up." -- The Spinoff "With supreme skill, Bishop encapsulates each element of the mihi, that Maori statement of self, in terms of waka, maunga, awa ... right down to the child reciting it." -- The Listener, 50 Best Kids' Books of 2020 "Mihi is a taonga, a treasure for all New Zealand families." -- The Source, Trevor Agnew
