Description

I'm Artie. I'm eleven years old. I do not believe in ghosts, or monsters. I do believe in science. I also believe that my step-sister Willow is kinda terrifying. Willow and I found a weird old book in the attic of our new house. It's called the Big Boke of Fetching Monsters. And it tells you how to make your own monster. But that's impossible. You DEFINITELY can't make a monster, because MONSTERS DO NOT EXIST.

Reviews

'Funny, silly, and with just enough gross bits! Everyone needs their own pet monster!' Sally Rippin 'A funny adventure romp, featuring a really bad, bad guy, an endearing monster who eats smelly socks, and a hapless pair of heroes. This is the new hot-hit series for young readers aged 7-10.' Natalie Platten, readings.com.au 'A captivating and delightful story' Better Reading, Better Reading 'Hodgepodge is the first in an entertaining, unbelievably funny series, full of action and adventure with brilliant illustrations by Dustin Spence to complement the text.
