Reviews

Indeed if there is such a thing as a perfect "grandparents' book'', this is it. -- Stephen Romei * The Australian * From the moment you set eyes on this delightful picture book, you'll be sure to fall in love with it, as much as the gorgeous little dog inside. Set in the 1950s, Little Dog and the Christmas Wish is a beautiful book to look at, to hold and to read. * Kids' Book Review * Little Dog, despite being created from minimal ink lines and a dash of grey watercolour, is incredibly expressive and undeniably loveable. * Babyology * A very sweet tale. * Children's Book Council of Australia * This charming and nostalgic Christmas story is the perfect Christmas Eve read. It's sure to become a favourite and a book to treasure always. * Kids Book Review * An unadorned story, a story of a simple wish coming true, of the bond between a child and his dog... The ink outlines with watercolour sweeping across the pages entice the reader to spend time reading both the text and the drawings as the dog walks across the pages in search of its home. * ReadPlus * Highly recommended for schools and public libraries and, for the Christmas stocking and readers of all ages. * Magpies Magazine *
