Author Biography

Morc Coulson is Senior Lecturer of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Sunderland. He is the author of a number of books including The Complete Guide to Personal Training, The Complete Guide to Teaching Exercise to Special Populations and Practical Fitness Testing (all published by Bloomsbury).
