Description

The Guided Journal series focuses on gratitude, which, simply put, is a way of being truly present in the moment. It is also a form of introspection that helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. According to Mary Gamb, gratitude is a happiness-lifestyle choice - the key to well-being. In fact, research has shown that gratitude is the precursor to happiness. The Gratitude Journal is based on scientific research that actually shows how a gratitude practice can neurologically reprogram your brain, while sparking spiritual growth at the same time. With 365 days of guidance, inspiration, and positivity, this journal is the perfect tool to give readers not only the opportunity to write about gratitude each day, but also transform gratitude into action in order to develop a grateful heart and, ultimately, a lifelong gratitude practice .
