Description
Find out about caring for nature with children Anjali, Lulu, Mason and Noah. The four friends discover an injured fox in the garden and need to take it to an animal rescue centre. There, they begin a year of discovery learning about the amazing animals, plants and places that make up our natural world. There are also full-page, step-by-step activities for how to make a bug hotel and a bird feeder. Author Biography
Liz Gogerly (Author) Liz Gogerly is a former teacher and has been writing children's books about geography, history and PSHE for over twenty years. Biography and telling stories about real people is her speciality. In 2020 she won the SLA award for 'Heroes that Help Us From Around the World'. She publishes adult biographies under the name Liz Flavell. Liz loves music, dancing, cooking, cats and kids. Sr. Sanchez (Illustrator) Sr.Sanchez studied fine art in Valencia and this influence shows in his warm and vibrant use of colour, describing the Mediterranean climate of his home country so well. His style is fresh, using flat colours with an eye-catching quality. He currently lives in Madrid, likes the countryside, mountains, and cycles pretty much everywhere.
