Description

Henry is sure yetis do exist, and he sets off on an expedition to find one. He has packed everything he needs, including a camera to take photos for evidence. But can he find a yeti? And will anyone believe him when he returns home? A funny story about believing in yourself (and yetis) from a master illustrator, who has turned author too. Children will love the twist ending in particular.

Reviews

Ayto's picture book is a lesson in how to inject humour, emotion and adventure into pared-down illustrations * Sunday Times, Children's Book of the Week * This is a great bedtime story, full of fun and great illustrations * Burnley Express * We defy you not to be instantly drawn to Henry, a totally adorable protagonist with an unwavering self-belief and a mission to find a yeti * Picture Books Blogger * This is a subtle, understated and solid dose of quietly reassuring encouragement. A lovely book to end the day with * Playing by the Book * A very funny story that shows we should have the courage of our convictions * Parents in Touch * Henry's self-belief is utterly awesome and entirely commendable; so too is this laugh out-loud creation from Russell Ayto. I've loved all his books, but this one surely tops the lot * Red Reading Hub *
