Key contributors to the book include: BRIDGET SURTEES, a registered dietitian with experience in London, Sydney and Cape Town; co-author of Raising Superheroes. KAREN HARTZENBERG, a medical doctor specialising in LCHF eating, committed to real data and randomised control trials. GUSS DAVEY, a computer scientist and data analyst.
