Author Biography

Noel Coward was a world renowned playwright, actor, director and entertainer. During the war he ran the British Propaganda Office in Paris, and also worked with the Secret Service. Coward won an Academy Honorary Award in 1943 for his film In Which We Serve and was knighted in 1969. Graham Payn, who appeared in many of Noel Coward's plays, was his life-long partner and friend. Sheridan Morley was a drama and theatre critic and author of over dozen theatre and film books.
