MICHELLE REID is a Study Adviser at the University of Reading, UK. She has researched the areas of student time management and report writing as part of the LearnHigher CETL, and is co-author of the Pocket Study Skills book Time Management. Michelle is vice-president of the Association for Learning Development in Higher Education (ALDinHE) and chairs the ALDinHE working group on professional development.
