He completed a vascular neurology fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas, as a well as a neurocritical care fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Sean I. Savitz MD is professor and Director of the Institute for Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease and holds the Frank M. Yatsu, MD Chair in Neurology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas.
