Author Biography
Named to Fortune's Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs list in 2012, CHRISTIANE LEMIEUX is the founder and creative director of DwellStudio, a modern home-and-family-furnishings company that she founded in 1999, and the executive creative director of Wayfair. Marked by a signature use of color and a commitment to the highest quality, the DwellStudio name is synonymous with adventurous design and impeccable construction. Prior to DwellStudio, Lemieux was the design director of Portico New York, a luxury home-furnishings company, and she has worked as a designer at both Isaac Mizrahi and the Gap. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and two children.
