Author Biography

Coral Tulloch has worked in both fiction and non-fiction on more than 50 books for children. She visited Antarctica on the resupply vessel Aurora Australis, with the Australian Antarctic Division's then-titled Humanities program in 1998/99. There she researched the continent and made extensive notes, kept diaries and created drawings that led to the production of this book.
