Author Biography

Vicki Cooper grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the oldest of 4 children. Growing up in a home that took in foster children taught Vicki, not only how to cook and bake but how to share, care and give (and at times for many). Vicki was loved and adored by her Father and spent a lot of time in the kitchen with her Mother, who allowed Vicki's creative culinary juices to come to life. Hospitality is not only a talent, but Vicki sees this as her calling to serve others. My hope for you is that you'll enjoy these recipes, stories and Bible scriptures that are special to my family and I, and maybe along the way, you'll find your own 'hot fudge moments'. Vicki married the love of her life, David Cooper in 1992. They now live happily in their beautiful bungalow in the countryside with their 3 sons, 2 dogs and 6 birds!
