This four-volume set aims to provide an insight into the principles and practical uses of a large collection of bioinformatics tools and specialized databases available on Australian National Genomic Information Service (ANGIS). It aims to demystify many aspects of sequence analysis programs and allow ANGIS users to make more informed decisions about which software to use, how to use it and interpret its output. This volume provides an overview of the ANGIS user interfaces (WebANGIS, 2D, ANGIS, XANGIS) and demonstrates their features.
