Author Biography

Ira Trivedi is a best-selling author and yoga expert. She is the founder of Namami Yoga, a not-for-profit that brings yoga to underprivileged women and children in India. Ira holds the title of "Yoga Acharya," the highest yoga degree given to her by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Academy.She led the first international day celebrations on June 21st 2015 in New Delhi where a Guinness Book of world record was created for largest yoga class held in the world.
