Her business, Girl Next Door Honey, provides workshops and support for beekeepers, as well as selling honey, rescuing bees, and managing 90 bee colonies - as well as a very successful blog and Instagram. Amy Holliday is an illustrator, painter, and animal-lover. Her clients include Better Homes and Gardens, Penguin Random House, and Stylist magazine, among others.
